These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Article PR website, www.articlepr.com (“Website”). The products specified on this Website (“Products”) are sold by Us to You on these terms and conditions. Your use of this Website and/or your purchase of Products mean you accept these Terms. Do not use this Website or purchase any Products if you do not accept these Terms.

Purchase

  1. By purchasing any article from this website, you agree to indemnify Divine Write Copywriting Pty Ltd and its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all losses, claims, damages and liabilities which arise out of its use.
  2. Unless otherwise stated all prices quoted by Us are inclusive of GST.
  3. Prices quoted are those current at the date of your purchase and include the cost of delivery.
  4. If We make any alternations to the price of the Products either before acceptance of or during the currency of the Terms, these alternations are payable by You.
  5. You will pay for the Products at the time of your purchase by Credit Card or by bank transfer. Alternatively, you will pay for the Products by money order or cheque before the Products are delivered to you.
  6. If We are liable by law for any GST on any Primary Payment, You must pay to Us the amount of the GST.
  7. You must pay to Us an amount in respect of any GST that You are required to pay under these Terms:
    • at the same time; and
    • in the same manner,
    as You are required to pay for the Primary Payment to which the amount in respect of GST relates.
  8. We must issue to You a Tax Invoice in accordance with the requirements of the law relating to GST.
  9. If We refund to You any amount under this Agreement, We must also refund to You an amount in respect of any GST that You paid in respect of that amount.

Ghost-Writer Directory Listings

By requesting an entry in this directory, You are agreeing to the following conditions.

  1. We reserve the right to include, exclude, add, or remove any listing in the ghost-writer directory without warning and without providing a reason. We may also edit, re-format, shuffle the order of, or otherwise modify the listings in the directory and the directory itself without warning and without providing a reason.
  2. Although listing is currently free and We have no plans to charge for listings, We make no guarantee that listing will always be free. If We decide to impose a listing fee, You will be notified of this decision. If, at that time, You do not wish to pay for a continued listing, Your listing will be removed.
  3. If You request that Your listing is removed from Our directory, We will endeavour to do so as quickly as possible, but make no guarantees as to the turnaround time of removal.

Product Specification

  1. All Products to be supplied by Us to You are as described on the Website unless otherwise agreed at the time of purchase. We will take all reasonable steps to supply the Products in accordance with the description on the Website but reserve the right to supply the Products subject to minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.
  2. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of the Products ordered and receipt of payment from you. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you by notice.

  2. (Jurisdiction) This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales (“Territory”) and the parties submit all disputes arising between them to the courts in the State of New South Wales and any court competent to hear appeals from those courts of first instance.

Definitions

  • “GST” means goods and services tax, consumption tax, value added tax, retail turnover tax or a tax of a similar nature;
  • “Input Tax” means an amount equal to the amount of GST paid or payable for the supply of anything acquired;
  • “Primary Payment” means any payment by You to Us of any fees or other amounts payable by You to US under these Terms.
  • “Tax Invoice” means an invoice in the format required by the law and which also shows the amount of GST payable by You in respect of the relevant Primary Payment;
  • “We”, “Us” and “Our” means Divine Write Copywriting Pty Ltd;
  • “You” and “Your” means the user of the Website and/or the purchaser of the Products who is of legal age in the country of use.
